OMEGA-SKINZ Wrap Series - 3D deformable flexible wrap film
Multi-layer cast, repositionable adhesive with invisible air channels
High-performance cast film for long-term applications with excellent dimensional stability and good formability, for applications on flat and slightly curved surfaces, with or without rivets, developed for full and partial vehicle wrapping.The OMEGA-SKINZ™ Wrap Series is formable and ideal for automotive, industrial and marine applications.
This product is quick and easy to apply thanks to the ICS™ air channel system, which allows the air to be easily squeezed out from under the film during installation. The low initial tack allows for permanent repositioning during application.
The ICS™ air duct system pattern/structure is not visible before and after application. After application, all edges and stretched zones must be heat set at a temperature of 100 -105°C (post-heating).

- Light grey pigmented adhesive layer so that the colours remain opaque and the substrate does not "breakthrough" and change the colour of the film

CONSTRUCTION
The OMEGA-SKINZ™ wrapping film has a different structure than many conventional films that consists of several layers (MLS) that absorb the tension during extreme stretching and deformation. The top layer usually consists of a transparent PVC film, which provides additional colour depth.OMEGA-SKINZ™ wrapping films are formed in a 2-pass or 3-pass system so that the multiple layers eventually become one homogeneous layer.
This allows a stable film during processing, yet soft and flexible when heated with a heat gun or infrared lamp. Both properties are ideal for large surfaces and complex shapes such as bumpers, spoilers and door handles.
