Enhanced AAS II Contour Cutting System

The Jaguar V series features a standard Automatic-Aligning System (AAS II) to guarantee precise contour cutting by automatically detecting the registration marks on digitally produced images. Functions include:

1st-mark auto-detection 4-point positioning
Segmental positioning Multiple copies

Media Take-up System (Only for PPF Model)

GCC develops the Jaguar V PPF machine equipped with the professional Media Take-up System for roll-to-roll cutting that makes paint protection film (PPF) cutting much more efficient and cost lower than manual cutting.

Section Cutting

Section cutting divides the long plot data into sectional output jobs to gain higher cutting quality and increase precision. GCC Jaguar V series scan the registration mark of section 1 and cut the plot data in section 1, then scans the registration mark of section 2 and cuts the plot data in section 2, and so on.

Auto Rotation

Jaguar V detects the unique registration marks to distinguish material feeding direction and rotate cutting content automatically. You don't need to rotate the material by yourself.

Segmental Positioning

The Jaguar V series features a Segmental Positioning function that corrects crooked print. The printed image may be skewed because the printing shifts and the Segmental Positioning function can scan the registration marks one by one automatically to calibrate the shift.

Triple Port Connectivity

The Jaguar V series supports triple port connectivity with USB, serial and Ethernet ports. The USB port provides faster and more convenient data transmission between the computer and Jaguar V. Ethernet connection enables multiple Jaguar V to be operated by one PC and multiple PCs to share a single unit. Triple port connectivity provides sign makers great flexibility for data transmission.
