We are still here with orders and deliveries operating as normal

Dear Grafityp customer,

In these unprecedented and challenging times, we are all continuing to re-adjusting to what is now needed. Grafityp's customer base is wide and eclectic, each with very different supply needs and circumstances. We are here to support you with any challenges and product requirements you may have.
 
Our focus remains of course, the health and well-being of our employees our customers and our suppliers and how we can continue to support and supply everyone safely during these challenging times ahead. We are also adhering to new strict safety guidelines to help stop this crisis as quickly as possible.
 
The current situation is difficult, but one that we can overcome together. Many of our products are used within environments that have to continue even in these most challenging of times, we all send our greatest respect to those companies with the hope that they remain safe and well.

Most installations and training have of course needed to be postponed, but machine deliveries can continue under new guidelines with remote support and video training. We can still offer full technical support to all our customers via telephone, e-mail and video chat.

We can and will beat this together. To support you and our staff through these times we have adjusted our infrastructure to leave only the required team member numbers on-site with new guidelines for added Grafityp employee protection. We also have members of our Grafityp team that are currently working remotely with full access, so they can assist you in the normal way as if they were here.

This situation does, of course, mean that our Trade counter needs to remain closed for the moment for your and our safety, but you can still order online for next day delivery or call or e-mail your order through.

We will continue to communicate updates going forward, but for now we are well equipped and prepared, our stocks are strong and supply is still good.
