The Grafityp premises are located in Tamworth, Staffordshire, within easy reach of major motorway networks. On site we have a comprehensive showroom to display and demonstrate printers, cutting plotters, laser engravers and software by arrangement.

Grafityp's roots are to be found in Amsterdam (Holland), where Stanserij Holland was founded back in 1945. As premises soon became too small in Amsterdam, the company moved to Houthalen (Belgium) in 1969, and its name was changed to GRAFITYP Leaders in Lettersystems N.V. In 1984, Grafityp Leaders in Lettersystems was the first company to launch a cutting system completely steered by PC (named CSR: Computerised Signmaking Robot). |

From 1988 on, Grafityp started producing and distributing more and more self adhesive films, a branch for which the new Grafityp division GRAFITYP Selfadhesive Products would take responsibility. At the start of 1996, Grafityp launched their high-quality films named GRAFICAST. By the end of 1997, sales of self adhesive films had grown to such an extent that all plotter and software activities had to be stopped. Grafityp decided to fully concentrate on the self-adhesives market, and launched a completely new series of digital printing media and laminates.Today, Grafityp can boast more than 50 years of outstanding service to the sign industry. 40,000 m² of modern production facilities (including 4 coating lines and 1 casting line) on 65,000 m² of premises allow us to strive for perfection. |
