GrafiWrap is made from a combination of two self adhesive Cast films. The first layer is a high quality white cast self adhesive film (Grafiprint S34P). This can be printed, using a solvent printer, with a design to your liking. The second film is an ultra thin transparent laminate (Grafiprint LAM040). This film is applied to the print using a laminator, thus offering perfect protection to your precious print.
The combination of these two materials makes a soft and exceptionally flexible 90 micron film, which conforms around your vehicle as a "second skin". This offers optimal protection against scratches, stone chips, chemical products, dirt, etc... Furthermore, the whole wrap offers excellent UV protection by covering the original paintwork protecting it from the harmful bleaching effects of the sun. |

The soft and flexible Grafiprint cast films can be moulded into deep indentations on vehicles without any problem, and in contrast with most other car wrapping systems on the market, they don't come loose, if applied in the correct way by a certified GrafiWrap technician. Every possible design can be transformed into a wrap, so you can offer a magnificent mobile advertisement, which will attract the attention of every passer-by. In contrast with re-spraying of a vehicle, a GrafiWrap design can be applied in just a couple of hours, and at the same time costs a lot less than an expensive new paint job.
GrafiWrap can be removed just as easily as it was applied, without leaving any residues of glue on the vehicle, so you have the possibility to update the advertisement on your vehicle on a regular basis. Due to the extra protection that the film is offering to the original paintwork, the vehicle will keep its colour and look after removing the wrap, and will therefore have a much higher trade-in value when you sell it. |

The aim of the course is to introduce candidates to the correct procedures of wrapping a vehicle using the GrafiWrap Vehicle Wrap System. Training is carried out at the fully equipped Roland Academy within Walsall College.
